Preparing an email brief

The brief composer works in your browser. Preparing, copying or downloading a brief does not submit its contents to our enquiry database. If you choose to email it, your email provider processes the message and our team receives what you send.

Sending an enquiry online

When online submission is available and you choose to send, we collect the contact details, project information and reference links you provide, along with a submission identifier, time and story source. We use these to assess your request, respond and coordinate possible work. Please avoid confidential scripts or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Hosting, verification and access

Cloudflare provides hosting and, when enabled, database storage, spam verification and notification delivery. Verification processes browser and network signals. Our rate limiter stores a keyed digest of the network address rather than the raw address. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical request information.

Enquiry details are available to authorised team members and service providers needed to handle the request. Notification emails may contain a copy of your brief. This enquiry flow does not use advertising trackers or store your brief in browser localStorage.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry information for responding, following up and maintaining relevant business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting biz@reelsfantasy.com. We may need to retain records required for an active project or applicable obligations. Please quote your enquiry reference if you have one.

External reference links and email providers have their own privacy practices. We do not automatically retrieve the content of a reference link when you submit the form.
